West Buckland Festival (10th - 13th September 2009)

Nika ShootWest Buckland Festival is a festival of music, entertainment and leisure, held in a small village on the edge of Exmoor. This year’s festival will feature more than a dozen events between Thursday September 10th and Sunday September 13th 2009.
The program includes a  Classical Concert with some of the most outstanding young musicians in the South West, an evening of Jazz with international stars Ruth Applin and Josh Kemp and the outstanding pianist, Harry the Piano. ‘West Buckland is located within North Devon local authority area. Historically it formed part of Braunton Hundred. It falls within South Molton Deanery for ecclesiastical purposes. The Deaneries are used to arrange the typescript Church Notes of B.F.Cresswell which are held in the Westcountry Studies Library. The population was 257 in 1801 277 in 1901 .
